Cambridge, MA March 27, 2007 - IntelliVid Corporation, the leader in intelligent video analysis software for retail loss prevention, today announced Video Investigator Specialty Edition, which provides the robust functionality of the company's flagship Video Investigator product in an all-in-one, turn-key format.

IntelliVid said that several specialty retailers are now beta testing the new system, and a limited number of additional beta site opportunities are still available.

The Video Investigator product line is an open platform, intelligent video analysis software solution designed exclusively for the retail industry. Video Investigator enables retailers to derive greater value from their surveillance systems to reduce theft and optimize store operations. Video Investigator Specialty Edition is optimized for smaller camera infrastructures and offers a lower cost of ownership.
