IntelliVid Appoints Fred Edling Chief Financial Officer
Management at Intelligent Video Analysis Software Firm Strengthened

Cambridge, MA June 26, 2006 - IntelliVid Corporation, the leader in intelligent video analysis software for retail loss prevention, today announced that Fred Edling has joined the company as chief financial officer.

Edling brings more than 20 years of diverse financial management experience to the company. Before joining IntelliVid he served as the CFO of Thomson Financial. During his tenure as a member of Thomson's Executive Operating Committee, the company grew in excess of 20 percent annually over a five-year period. Prior to Thomson, he served as controller for Sanofi, Inc. and assistant controller for CBS Inc. Edling has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a certified public accountant.
